At Thongbai Thai Massage, peace, respect, and professionalism are our top priorities. We kindly ask our customers to read our house rules and terms and conditions to ensure a pleasant and relaxing experience in our salon.

All treatments are provided by appointment only. By making an appointment, you agree to our house rules and terms and conditions. Our massages are intended solely for relaxation, well-being, and/or physical recovery.

We kindly ask that you shower before your massage appointment. Do you have any health conditions such as heart problems, skin conditions, high blood pressure, contagious diseases, injuries, or pregnancy? Please inform us in advance. Our staff reserves the right to refuse treatments if there are concerns regarding the customer’s health or hygiene.

Respectful and appropriate behavior is mandatory at all times. Sexual acts or inappropriate proposals will not be tolerated. In such cases, the treatment will be stopped immediately, and access to the salon may be denied. In the event of unacceptable behavior, the police may be contacted. Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the salon.

Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For late cancellations or no-shows, 50–100% of the treatment cost may be charged. Please arrive preferably 5 minutes before your appointment. Arriving late may reduce your treatment time.

All personal information is treated confidentially and will never be shared with third parties without permission. During the massage, your body will be covered as much as possible; only the area being treated will be uncovered.

Payment must be made immediately after the treatment (cash or bank transfer, depending on availability). Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid for 12 months unless stated otherwise.

We are not liable for injuries or complaints resulting from withholding medical information. Please leave valuable belongings at home; we are not responsible for loss or theft.
